I’m Hayley and I love all things dopamine dressing! Though that wasn’t always the case. I grew up hiding away in black for a lot of my life and used to absolutely dread summer when people would ask if I was hot. I was, but I was worried to wear anything else!
Until one day it clicked. I realised that I’d still look the same size whether I wore a black cardigan or a pink cardigan. For me, the pink one gave me much more joy, and thus my style evolved! I love playing with fashion. People will often say, “I wish I could wear that,” and you absolutely CAN! It’s your mind that’s holding you back, not your body. There are no rules!
You don’t have to be “perfect”! There are outfits I’ve worn that I probably wouldn’t wear now or would style differently, and that’s okay. Style can evolve, and the important thing is just to have fun with it. 🫶

Barbara in Thighs The Limit
I LOVE pink and I absolutely adore these. There’s built-in chub rub protection so you get no uncomfortable chafing between the thighs, and they’re deliciously soft and don’t give me any sensory issues! Game changing!
I’ve styled them with a pink dress in a similar hue and added black shoes and a black belt to toughen it up a little bit more. What I love about the fishnets is that they can be layered over other tights too, giving a fun little pattern pop whilst staying warm!

Barbara in 50 Denier
Did I mention I love pink?! I couldn’t not pick the OG Barbara (they look sensational paired with the fishnets too!). I adore pink and yellow together, and I feel this skirt was MADE for these tights.
If you’re not used to adding colour to your wardrobe, a good way to do this is to lean into the colours in your clothing—whether that’s a full monochrome look, or taking colours like the pink in the skirt and matching it with the pink in the tights! It makes for a much more cohesive look. (And leopard print is a neutral, so obviously I had to include that too!)

Sugar Plum 80 Denier
Stripes are everywhere at the moment, but they don’t have to just be on trousers! I love a stripy pair of tights and they don’t come sweeter than this pair.
I leaned into really feminine styling with pastel colours, a fluffy bag, and a chunky knit. They’re such a fun pair and really steal the spotlight for this look! As they should 💅
